Non-fungible tokens (NFTs) are digital, tradable goods within the metaverse. NFTs are, as the name suggests, non-fungible, i.e. unique. Each one has a clearly identifiable owner. The reason for this is the crypto technology behind both cryptocurrencies and NFTs, the blockchain.
Everyone is talking about the Metaversum®. To open up this space, you need digital property. Land for sports arenas, brand shops, superstar villas and for soccer fans. (By the way, this is where my „house“ is currently being built on 1.200 m² of land.)
Since this has been recognised by the soccer industry, the demand for tradable NFTs is experiencing a unique boom. Property in SoccerCity can massively benefit from rising land prices (decentralised trading).
The starting price is based on the standard price for land in the Green Belt Area, which is 0.16 ETH (approx. 0.75 USDT/m²). Land units are available in sizes of 600, 1.200, 2.400, 4.800 and 9.600 square metres.
You can bid for 600 m² of land at a starting price of 0.16 ETH. However, when generating (minting) your NFT, you can be awarded significantly larger pieces of land in all Areas (62% of the NFTs). In this way, you can only win!
In the marketplace, the price of land is based on the demand/trade volume and the city development concept. Logically, land around the Soccer Arena and where superstars have settled will fetch the highest trade prices.
In the SoccerCity map index, the number of NTFs generated is broken down by Areas and stretches of land.
Correct, you can only bid on the entry-level package (Green Belt 600 m²). However, our system will generate property up to a size of 9.600 m² when creating your NFT!
The Area in which your land is located, is also automatically defined during the generation (minting) of your NFT.
Since you bid on the smallest piece of land in the most favourable Area, you always have the chance to receive a massive upgrade right from the start.
The number of properties that you can generate (mint) is only restricted by the limited size of the total area.
Not yet! Since we are currently raffling off many high-quality properties, the NFTs will only receive a geo-accurate land allocation during the second step. After that, specific properties can be purchased or traded on our marketplace. However, the price of land will then be determined by the market - i.e. by you.

A minimum of 600 m² of land is guaranteed to be generated (minting) in the Green Belt Area.
With more than every second purchase (62%), NFTs are generated with a higher-quality Area and/or a larger area of land.
